Grand slams and GOAT title are more important to him than Mirka, or his kids. Just my opinion, but I might be wrong, only Roger knows.

First it was Rafa who was real threat to his GS titles record and GOAT title, so good reason for Roger to stick around as long as he can. Now Novak, although with long way to go, he has legitimate chance to catch Roger with total number of GS and potentially become the GOAT. If Roger gets lucky and capture one more GS it can make a difference in the end. He's not going anywhere at this time.
